It’s a sad time for our household as we’ve recently lost a “family member” (a long-term housemate), which means we now have a room available in our friendly, long-term share house in Upper Coomera. We’re looking for the final person to complete our home.

We’re currently 2 males and 1 female, all long-term housemates. We’re genuinely more like a family than just people sharing a house, so we’re hoping to find someone who values a calm, respectful home environment too.

Shared bathroom (toilet + shower)
Air conditioning in the lounge
Monthly cleaner for common areas
Lawn care shared between housemates (easy upkeep)
Relaxed vibe: occasional drinks/BBQs, no house parties
No pets
No drugs
