Spacious Haven in Varsity Lakes: Your Home Away from Home

Welcome to our 4 bedroom, 2-story house located within walking distance of Bond University, Robina Town Centre and Varsity Lakes Train Station. My husband and I are retirees and our children have left home, allowing us to let two of our four quaint rooms.

Property: 4-bedroom, 2-story house with a swimming pool, ample outdoor space, BBQ facilities and pool.

Location: The house is conveniently located within walking distance of Bond University, Robina Town Centre, and Varsity Lakes Train Station. Additionally, there's a curbside bus stop nearby, enabling ease of transportation.

Accommodation: Tenants will have their own private bedroom space with a queen bed, and a private bathroom to share with the other tenant. With multiple living spaces inside and outside, the house also has a full home security system to ensure safety.

Pets: Unfortunately pets are not permitted on the premises.

House Rules: Smoking is permitted outside with no parties allowed. Our common areas, such as the kitchen and living rooms, are for everyone to enjoy. Please clean up after using these spaces and make an effort to keep your personal belongings within your room. A cleaner will be provided for the bathrooms exclusively.

Furnished Bedroom: The bedrooms available for rent is fully furnished with a queen ensemble bed, tall-boy and dresser. Additionally, all living areas are fully furnished.

Utilities: Internet and all bills are included in the rent, but food is not provided.

Additional Amenities: There are two media rooms in the house, with shared TV's.
