Hey! My name is Cassidy & my partners name is Talitha, and this is our property since we own it, there's no need to deal with any real estate nonsense!

In the house is us two + our roommate Jay.
You’ll be sharing with 2 women and 1 guy. Yes, me, Cassidy is the guy (if I could trade names with Jay I would 😭)
I’m 25 years old, lived in share houses 7 years, & been the odd one out in all-female units since I met Talitha 3+ years ago.
I run a Jumping Castle / Party Hire business, which has me out of the house 5-7 days a week.
Talitha is 20 and a Pilates instructor; she's also a barista at Zarraffas. T loves a chat and she’s super easy to get along with, but she also values having her alone time to recharge.
Talitha's absolute passions are Matcha, Pilates, hot girl walks, Pilates, Labubu's & making sure i clean up aftermyself, also Pilates.
We like to keep the house very clean, tidy and quiet at night & will always show you the same respect. I've lived in share houses for 6 years now and even spent a chunk of time in hostels, so we know how nice it is when we can make living with others feel like family over roommates💚
