About the property
The spare room is on the second floor and is a big, bright space with large windows and a mirrored built-in wardrobe. You’ll have your own private bathroom with a shower, and there’s also a shared laundry with a washer and dryer
Downstairs, you’ll find the cosy lounge, the kitchen (well-loved and well-stocked), and a convenient extra toilet. The house is already set up with almost everything — you’ll just need to furnish your bedroom and bathroom. There’s also on-street parking available.
We’re in a great spot: walking distance to Bond Uni, close to shops, and within easy reach of public transport, so getting around is super convenient.
Bills aren’t included, so we’ll split electricity and Wi-Fi. We’re after someone who’s a non-smoker and doesn’t have pets, as our two mini dachshunds already rule the house.

About the flatmates
Hi, we’re Bella and Zane, both 24, and we’re looking for a considerate and friendly housemate to join our home. We live with our two miniature dachshunds, Goose and Bambi, who are well-behaved and love people.
Zane works as a diesel mechanic, and I’m a radiographer, so we both work long hours and do shift work. We’re early risers, generally keep a consistent routine, and like to maintain a tidy, comfortable living environment. Outside of work, we enjoy being social and going to the gym, but we also value a calm home to come back to.
