You’ll be sharing the furnished home with two friendly, easygoing young professionals — a 26‑year‑old female and a 22‑year‑old male. We both lead healthy, active lifestyles and enjoy spending our free time outdoors, particularly at the beach or surfing. We’re hoping to find someone who shares similar interests and appreciates a relaxed, respectful living environment.
This is not a party household. We maintain a clean, organised home and share responsibilities fairly. You will have your own private, unfurnished bedroom and bathroom, along with access to the rest of the house that is fully furnished, including a pool and two separate living areas for downtime.
A genuine appreciation for dogs is essential, as the home includes a very affectionate Golden Retriever who loves attention and is only allowed in one area of the house. He sleeps outside at night.
