About the property
I’m looking for someone to take over my lease from February until April 11 as I’ll be heading overseas. The room is available from February 19, however I can be flexible with the move-in date for the right person. The house is absolutely beautiful, a spacious, light-filled home in a quiet, safe neighbourhood, right on the lake with a lovely lake walk. It’s a 10-minute drive to North Burleigh Beach and a 10-minute drive to Burleigh Heads, close to Bond University and close walk to public transport.
The house is fully furnished, while the room itself is unfurnished (with bedroom furniture available to purchase if needed). The room gets heaps of natural light and sun throughout the day, and the whole house has a really calm, sunny feel
