The room has a built in wardrobe, and shares a bathroom with myself.
Off street parking with large 3 car garage.
All bills, wifi, garden and pool maintenance are included in rent.
3 weeks rent upfront for bond - no lease just 3 weeks notice before leaving to receive bond back.
Must love dogs! As you’ll be living with my 2 Pomeranian x foxies, unfortunately there isn’t any room for anymore pets sorry.
