I have built my dream home and live there by myself, but i work away a lot and it is a shame to see a beautiful property not being utilised.

Myself and a childcare educator are the only 2 occupants currently, and I work away on a 14/14 roster.

There is a large outdoor area with lounges, dining table and a swimming pool, BBQ / outdoor kitchen.

The inside kitchen has an island bench and breakfast bar. Appliances that a chef would appreciate plus a butlers pantry with dishwasher.

The lounge area has a 86” TV with sound bar and surround speakers. Lounge suite and lounge chairs.

There is an office niche if you need somewhere to fire up the laptop.

The house is fully furnished with all brand new furniture.

The rooms for rent have reverse cycle air conditioning, 65” TV with sound bar, king size bed, bedside tables, usb power points.
A large ensuite bathroom and walk in wardrobe.
