This is a female-only social share house with a friendly, lively vibe. Everyone here respects personal space and keeping to yourself is totally fine.
BUT; we are ideally looking for someone who's also open to a "living with friends" sort of dynamic.
We are social, enjoy spending time together, and occasionally we do host kick-ons (after parties),
not all the time and not every weekend, but they do happen now and then and can run later into the night.
Overall the house is respectful and well-managed, but its best suited to someone who enjoys a social environment and doesn't need total quiet at all times.
We really value people with good energy, open communication, and living with people who genuinely enjoy sharing a home.
This is a fully official share house with a great relationship with the real estate, so everything is done properly and above board.
If you'd like to live here, there is a simple process involved.
After inspecting, you'll need to submit a rental application, which we'll send through to Raine and Horne for approval. Once approved by the real estate, you'll be added as an approved applicant on the lease.
(lease is 12 months so really looking for people who can stay permanently)
