Live in a quiet, partially serviced house by bots. Just bring your luggage, manchester and pillow. Everything else is provided for. Its a fully furnished 3 bedroom house with contemporary kitchen and bathroom and polished floorboards. Undercover balcony for the occasional dinner party on the weekends pending other occupants approval. 7 minutes casual stroll to Gosford train station, 2 minute casual stroll to Gosford Hospital. 2 minute stroll to Henry Kendall High School/primary school. 5 minutes walk to Gosford High School, 15 minute walk to Newcastle University (Health Campus), 15 minutes walk to Woolworths and other shops on Gosford main street. There is a direct bus route from Gosford Station to Newcastle University (Ourimbah Campus). Garden is shared and maintained by owner. Its a work in progress with the backyard being converted to an organic food forest. Shared produce of fruit and veges when available. You are welcome to pick it yourself. Currently fruiting are grapes.

Internet, Electricity and Water bills are included. You will have the fastest Internet (NBN) that no other shared accommodation will ever give you typically at 300Mbps download bursting up to 1Gbps. You will have a choice of wireless or wired internet connection. Common Area has air conditioning.

This is a shared accommodation so you will need to be respectful of other tenants need for privacy and quietness as outlined in the Terms and Conditions which you will need to sign. Evictions have occurred if you don't comply. Will suit someone who pays their rent on time, is clean, quiet and has full respect for other occupants. The common areas will be serviced by a vacuum/mop bot which will be installed but there is also a rostered schedule for putting out the garbage and general cleaning. You still need to clean up after yourself to ensure you are respectful enough that others can also use the facilities in the common areas on a daily basis.

Each room has own key entry. Your bedroom has a single bed and built in wardrobe. Prospective tenants wanting to stay 12 months+ have higher preference. I will say no to applicants wanting to tenant under 6 months.

Employment and Rental reference required. $1000 bond
Rental payments are done electronically. Payments are on a Saturday to Friday cycle.
