My name is Jack, the owner of the house. The house is located close to Goulburn Train Station. 7-8minutes walk to the shopping mall with Coles and Kmart, 13-15 minutes walk to Goulburn Station.
I am 29year old, usually live in Sydney and work as a civil engineer in Sydney Metro. This home in Goulburn is for my stay during holiday and vacation.
There is a total of 4 rooms, I will occupy 1 of them, and the rest 3 for rent. All bill included, (except winter time extra charge for electricity). The principal is, use as much as you want, but please don't waste (e.g. leave water tap open when travelling out)
I am more than happy to help with adding furniture and all other reasonable things. Hope you have a nice stay at my place.
