Furnished Rooms for Rent – Quiet, Friendly Home
Two fully furnished rooms available, includes the mattress.
$230 per week (single occupant only). Couple are excepted $280 per week. Additional 2 weeks rent in advanced is so either party (you or me) given 2 weeks notice to move out then you don’t need to pay any rent for this time.
Available from Monday 12th January.
Looking for someone, preferably a non smoking male working full-time, respectful, clean, and easygoing. This is not a party house and not suitable for shift workers.
✔️ Fortnightly cleaner (common areas & bedrooms)
✔️ Laundry liquid, toilet paper, paper towel & coffee included
✔️ TV outlet in room or shared lounge TV
✔️ Normal aircon use included (night-time only)
You’ll need to bring your own linen (pillows, sheets, blankets, mattress protector) and must be washed weekly.
Please supply your own food.
House rules:
No eating in bedrooms, clean up after yourself, help with basic household jobs (bins etc).
No additional pets, sorry.

About the flatmates
Hello,
I work full time and have adorable small dogs 🐶 and birds (yes they bark and make noises). You must love animals please. So no additional pets sorry.
Don’t smoke at all and I drink socially so only a couple of times a week if that. I’m down to earth and if I’m not working I’m either renovating or out riding my motorbike 🏍️.
Have a green house with a number of plants in it and like to keep the yard looking nice. I dislike having to clean up after others and asking for rent to be paid on time. Working together is important please.
