4bdr house 1 bathroom/toilet, shower over bathtub (which i will still occasionally use but predominantly will be your own bathroom), room for rent has air con. Room is big enough to fit double bed with bedside tables on either side or queen size bed and maybe 1 bedside table. As for pets we only allow dogs as I am highly allergic to cats. Dog must be house and toilet trained & must be friendly and sociable as you will be sharing our house with our Cocker Spaniel X puppy. Rent is 300 per week and bond is 600. Electricity and water included in rent. Starlink is available at an extra cost if you wish to access it. We are a strictly no smoking inside the house as we are non cigarette smokers and strictly no children. Rent and bond must be paid within 24hrs if approved. And rent must be paid on time.
MUST be quiet, friendly, clean & tidy and respectful.
