About the flatmates
The house is located in Grantham - about 10 minutes drive from Gatton. There is no public transport or shops near by so you need your own car.
The room is in my family home - I have 2 x school aged children who are very respectful, good children- although sometimes a little loud.
We have a cat and a small dog.
The rent includes all bills and wifi. You will have your own fridge and pantry.
The rent is $350 for a couple.
