Hello! Looking one or potentially two housemates to fill my home. The house is a fully renovated, 3 bedroom house located in Greta. The house is fully furnished, including one of the available bedrooms. No clothes storage, so would have to arrange your own way to do that.

I’m Tilly, 26, often out of the house at music events around newwy or wine tours in the valley as the house is perfectly placed between the two! Occasionally out the whole night of a weekend, however like to be home for Nala. I love to cook, appreciate a tidy home (not a complete freak but like it nice) and enjoy music in the house.

If one person takes a room, rent is $225 per week. If a second person takes the third bedroom rent goes down to $185 per week.
In the event a couple moves in rent will be split evenly between 3, $185 per person

Must be comfortable with pets! I have a large dog who is inside most of the time. She is super friendly, fully believes she is a lap dog even though she’s the size of a small horse. Beautiful girl, does bark at the door to protect the house but once you get to know her she’s not scary

Looking for someone fun and personable, must be clean and tidy in common spaces and respect others space. Would love someone who can have a laugh and get along as a friend, who doesn’t mind my friends popping over for a visit in the afternoon every now and again (once every couple of weeks, with plenty of notice) and that will feel like part of the family!

Must be employed, references are preferable however not explicitly required.
