Hi i have a room and bathroom to rent i work casual on varied no set days and nites, non smoker keep to myself keep active go to gym and garden. I have one old dog thats very quiet. Looking for a non smoker, non drug user drinker, someone who works full time or even just needing a room to sleep while working roster and returns to their own home on break would be ideal, and cost negotiatable this is the situation. My house is tidy and I take care of my things looking for the same in a room mate.
