Property is in a new area in Hadspen. Only a couple minutes walk to the river or to the local park/cricket pitch. Only a 12 minute drive to the Launceston cbd.
Place comes with internet, Netflix, kayo and a heap of storage in the kitchen or cupboards for you to store extra things in. You’ll have your own sections for your food and whatever you need to cook.
There’s a heap of street parking and a little bit of storage in the garage if needed.
This place is not a party house, it’s a place people can come home and relax and maybe have a casual chat after work.
Atm it’s just me my other house mate has moved to WA.
Preferably someone in their 20s or early 30s that I could get along with would be great.
