About the property
Property is in a new area in Hadspen. Only a couple minutes walk to the river or to the local park/cricket pitch. Only a 12 minute drive to the Launceston cbd, basically get zero traffic at all times.
Place comes with internet, Netflix, kayo and a heap of storage in the kitchen or cupboards for you to store extra things in. I like to keep everything seperate including the kitchen/ fridge. You’ll have your own sections for your food and whatever you need to cook.
There’s a heap of street parking and a little bit of storage in the garage if needed.
This place is not a party house, it’s a place people can come home and relax and maybe have a casual chat after work.
Atm it’s just me my other house mate has moved to WA. I’m unsure whether I’ll get just one or two more people in so there’s a possibility you’ll have your own bathroom too.
Preferably someone in their 20s or early 30s that I could get along with would be great

I’m a 28 year old sparky. I own the place. I enjoy keeping active throughout the week going to the gym most days after work. Easy going, like to watch a lot of sports AFL in particular on the weekends. My weekends are usually pretty chill catching up with friends and family.
