About the property
I am currently looking for someone (preferably a couple) to rent the baby pink room short-term, ideally for 3-6 months.
This is a two bedroom, one bathroom home located in Lenah Valley. It is fully furnished including kitchen appliances and utensils. It has a massive backyard, lots of natural light, and is a clean, tidy and cosy home.
Rent $500 for a couple, $350 for a single person.
Internet and bills included.
It is only a short stroll to the main Lenah Valley strip of shops, and is a very short drive to the New Town shopping Centre. It is also a very quick drive to access lots of trails on the mountain!
I will have someone come by once every 2-3 weeks to save you from mowing the lawn!
Pets welcome on request.
