About the property
Hello!
The room available is a detached bed-sit. It's a small room with an ensuite - walk-in shower, toilet, sink, and bar fridge. The room comes furnished with a bed, drawers, clothes rail, but these are optional if you have some of your own furniture. Acces to the room is through the garden from the main house.
The main house has the shared lounge, kitchen, laundry. It's fully furnished, but feel free to make it your own too!
You'll be sharing the house with my mum, Inna. She's friendly and likes a chat and to share a meal but also likes her privacy.
There's has a lovely garden Inna has built over the years with a few fruit trees and outdoor seating.
Internet is included but power bills to be shared.
The house is in Chigwell, not far from Mona. About 5min walk from the bus stop taking you to Glenorchy interchange. About 20 min drive into Hobart.
This room would be ideally suited to a single student or professional needing a small affordable but private place for 6 months or more.
