The house is just a couple minutes drive from the Northgate shopping centre and has off street parking. We love living here because the house has great light and a beautiful view, good heating and is on a quiet street.
Power and internet are paid monthly and not included in the rent. The room and house are fully furnished, with a queen size bed and a big wardrobe with mirror doors in the bedroom.
We are looking for a reliable, honest housemate who is a good listener and communicator and cleans up after themselves. We all share the household chores :)

Hi there! My name is Ruby (28), and I live upstairs at this property with my partner, Bryce (37) and our cat, Lisa. We do have a lovely couple living downstairs who we don't see too often but share the kitchen and split bills with. I work as a teacher's aide and musician, and am also studying part-time online. In our spare time we enjoy cooking, playing board games and watching tv. Bryce also loves surfing 🌊 we enjoy socialising however we also value privacy.
