We have a gardener, a cleaner, we're a minute's walk from Hobart's best beach, a fabulous running and bike track which stretches from Bellerive Beach up to Tranmere, across the bluff, and everything including Salamanca is just 10 minutes away.
You share the huge main bathroom, and big ice-maker fridge with just one other - a lovely chef at a top restaurant who's been here for years and is cruisey and quiet. I have my own area and ensuite and fridge. The pantry is enormous. It's a big house.

About the flatmates
I have a lovely house on the eastern shore, beach at the end of the street, and I love to share. The house is huge, spans 2 blocks, with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You will share the big main enormous bathroom and separate loo with just one other - a very cool guy who's a chef - bonus!
Your bedroom has big built ins, and is completely private. We also have a spare guest room for family and friends. The house has everything you need, I work from home (I write) but am out quite a bit - at the gym, travel, family and friends.
The rent includes everything - power and a cleaner who comes every fortnight and is amazing, so we don't have to even clean! I cover the gardener, wifi, Netflix, Disney+ etc. etc. We can hear the waves often from the house, and the beach - a minute's walk - is the best in Hobart. It's gorgeous.
