Photos to come. Plenty of natural light and unobstructed water views too. You might occasionally see the neighbours doing their dishes through the window but they're friendly ex-hippies and they'll wave :)

No built ins but happy to throw in a charming and sizable hardwood drawer.

The neighbours are all retired and friendly, the waterfront is a literal minute walk away, Little Howrah Beach just a few minutes more. The last few photos are from the water directly in front of the house

If you're a bus rider, the 615/X15 is two doors down. If you drive, parking directly out front. The city is 15ish mins away.

The house is very conducive to reading, arts and crafts, with a grassy backyard with all-day sun and water view, a hills hoist and leafy trees wafting in the wind.

If you want to grow veggies, go nuts! Add plants everywhere, go nuts! Add curated op shop finds to the shelves, go nuts! Adding Kmart furniture to the mix, eww no I have a nut allergy.

I'm really about finding the right fitting people who want a comfortable home to live in....and not just that usual ill-fitting housemates situation with mismatched cutlery...yeah you know the forks I'm talking about!

Will be doing open homes from about the 1st March +/- a few days with options to move in as soon as practicable.

Bills are just power, the water is included.
