The property features a low maintenance yard and a quiet peaceful surrounding with nearby shopping areas in Moonah and bustling busy Glenorchy. On street parking is available, and the Moonah Springfield Bus depot is less than 10 minutes walk away.
After work, in my spare time I will become a handyman, enjoying myself engaging in a small but accelerating renovation project as well as doing cooking and some good music of the 80's. I'm looking for someone who is quiet and respectful of others space but doesn't mind a chat.
