Hello all!
There is a room coming up for rent in a beautiful and comfortable house in an amazing North Hobart location. My current housemate will be (sadly) relocating Feb 19th.
About the house:
Not a huge property but spacious enough for two people. There are two living rooms (one is currently the "gear" room as we are both very outdoor-oriented people!) a kitchen that gets amazing light, a cute and cozy backyard and a front porch that gets great afternoon sun. There is lots of street parking around and North Hobart shops and restaurants are just a couple blocks away!
About the room:
The room is fairly basic, decent size with an east facing window so it gets nice morning light. It's unfurnished and unfortunately no wardrobes or storage units but will come with a couple of clothing racks. Sadly no pictures at the moment as my housemate is still in the process of packing.
About myself:
I'm a 41 year old PhD student at UTAS studying geology. I'm very active, but also enjoy quiet times reading a book, cooking or baking, and times out with friends. Most days I'm home in the morning until about noon or 1 pm, but then I am out of the house until about 9 pm. On weekends I split my time between being out adventuring and being home and chilling. Ideally looking for someone who is happy to share some time together but is also totally comfortable being independent!
