Hello 👋
My name is Dean, owner of a small unit in Old Beach. I'm in need of a quiet, clean, and peaceful housemate to help me with my mortgage as I am medically retired.
I've attached some photos of the basic layout of the home, including a couple of the garage which is occupied by a small gym setup. I'll improve this over time (I am renovating the house bit by bit), but regardless it will be available for use 24/7.
You'd have to be ok living with animals, as I have birds and fish, and probably more later. No smoking or illegal substances on the property, no partying etc. due to my health issues. Visitors are A-ok, just need to be mindful of how many.
Room is 250 p/wk, this is inclusive of power, water, and unlimited internet. 15-20 minutes drive from the CBD. There is a shop, and bus stop with buses every 30 minutes, at the end of the street.

I'm too ill to do all that much, so nowadays I mostly enjoy reading, gaming, tv/movies, and spending time with my animals. Plus a good cup of tea and tasty food, naturally.
