The house is reasonably sized and close to public transport. $145 per week.
Short walk to the beach, the university and a cafe down the road.
You would be signing the lease alongside the rest of us (current lease is until mid July).
Utilities are split amongst everyone (Internet is FTP -$15 each/month).
Yard is shared with flat downstairs but otherwise feels private and non-suburban.
