Our sunny, four bedroom home in Sandy Bay is looking for a fourth housemate. Our house has awesome views of the river and the mountain. We're close to everything Sandy Bay (Uni, Shops, Beach). The room is a sunny, spacious master bedroom with inbuilt wardrobes and an en-suite, it also comes with use of the garage. The house is clean, modern and furnished with funky tip shop finds. There is a small backyard, with an aspiring veggie garden and two washing lines!!
