The house is two minutes' walk from UTAS Morris Library. It's five minutes' walk to Hill Street store, ten minutes to Coles or Woolworth. There is also a bus stop about 1 minutes away.
The house built in 1920s. A doble brick house that keep it warm in winter. All rooms are decent size and fully finished. There are four rooms in this house, but we decided only to let three people to share. You will only need to share the bathroom with another person. The spare room will be a guest room in the long run.
The house is fully furnished (modern fully functional kitchen, heating system, laundry and heat pump dryer). NBN 200 high speed internet is also included to share.

Currently two males live here. One PhD student and one full time worke lives in other rooms. We have had male/ female/ them mixed. We support gender equality and environmental friendliness.
Because we have small dogs around the house, so we can't take more pets.
