Looking for a housemate to move in early Feb! It’s a legitimate rental through a real estate agent so you must be willing and able to go on the lease, be approved by the real estate agency (will require proof of income, rental history etc) and pay bond ($740) before moving in. The rental has been with us for years, 12 month leases, renewal due end of April.
We want someone who wants to stay long term, at least until the next lease, ideally longer!

The bedroom has north and west facing windows so stays nice and warm in winter and comes with a view of the mountain. You’ll be sharing a bathroom with one other.
