About the property
Hi guys, we’re currently looking at renting out one bedroom for a 3 to 6 month stay. The bedroom (bedroom 4) is furnished with a queen bed and bedside tables but these can be removed if you have your own furniture, the room also has a wall mounted 55” tv that’s connected to the internet, and a seperate (walk in style) open wardrobe as shown in the images.
The kitchen has a seperate large standing fridge and freezer, and there’s a walk in pantry which provides ample storage for everyone, and we have a decent gym area down stairs that’s free to use at reasonable times of the day/night.
The house is located not too far from town and close enough to walk to the Moonah shops should you desire to tackle the hill.
There’s also a bus stop 50m down the road for those that require public transport and ample storage downstairs should you need the space.
Internet and water is included and I also have a few paid steaming services which are available (Netflix etc).
Power will be split by days in the house.

I lived in qld for many years before making the move down to Hobart almost 7yrs ago.
I’m a technician for an electrical company in Moonah. I like a good movie, board games, hikes, running, and surfing.
My Partner Maria is polish, she’s a Dietitian and loves to go Hiking, board games etc.
Alfie is the pup in the photos. He’s a 2yr old Hungarian vizsla with a big heart and very friendly.
We’re hoping to find a likeminded couple that’s semi social and doesn’t mind the odd chat.
