We are a FIFO couple, just bought this house in Howard, currently furnishing and renovating.

We work away, but are originally from the local area,, have family and friends close by. We will likely be home once or twice a month for 4 days to continue working on the home. We are easy going, like a fire and a beer down the backyard. He is a Concreter/Foreman, I am a Social Worker.

Seeking working persons to rent 2 x rooms available. Water, electricity and unlimited internet included. Easy going tradies residing in town for work are welcome. Must be able to mow a lawn in our absence sometimes.

Plenty of shed space and a workshop, secure parking and pets will be assessed on application, we are dog people.
