We are in Howards Grass about 5kms out of Lismore CBD off Bangalow Road 🐬 Dirt road access - 1.6km, private location at 2nd property from the end of the road. The house is set on 5 acres with a spring fed creek out the back so it’s always green 💚 The house was built in the early 1900’s and renovated in 2017, the property has never flooded! The road did get cut off at Bangalow Road, and during times of heavy rainfall our road can have water across it 🌾💦

There are 4 housemates (3 others plus you) sharing the house and the kitchen, laundry (washing machine, dryer, towel/linen cupboard), bathroom (shower,bath tub), living area, and sunroom 🌈🌞🦕 there are another 2 housemates who live seperate in the granny flat but share the bathroom and laundry 💜🏡

This is not a party house (more of an arty house) 🎂🎨 but we are not strictly 100% drug and alcohol free for those who require that environment. It’s a 420, LGBTQIA+ friendly home 🌈 We have a cat named Moto that lives in the granny flat 🐈💕

🚸 We are on septic, solar, and gas ☮️ We have a communal veggie patch, compost bins, and some fruiting trees. 🍏 🍓🍊🍋🍇🥝🫐

The home owners maintain the gardens/yards on the property and just ask that you maintain your personal and communal areas in the house 🌈🏡

It’s $190 rent per week plus $40 bills, so including bills it is $230 per week.

The room is painted white, with tall ceilings and a window that opens out to the front yard 🌱☀️ the floors are polished teak🪽

It’s for 1 person not a couple 🙏🏼

We have fast unlimited NBN internet, a big kitchen and 2 fridges so there is plenty of space 🧃🥞
