I am a professional woman in my 50's who is renting a 3 bedroom property. I work in the welfare sector, mostly from home but go into the office 1-2 times a week. I have two small indoor dogs. I have the master bedroom and an office so the spare bedroom is available. I have an ensuite so you would have the main bathroom largely to yourself unless I had visitors. There are two living areas, a small court yard and you would get a car space in the garage. There is no back yard. The kitchen would be shared and has all the modern conveniences.
