- Very close to Ipswich centre - 600m. Walk to Coles, Chemist Warehouse, train station etc.
- Aircon in lounge/living area.
- Shared common areas
- You would have your own fridge
- Only 1 shared bathroom however another bathroom getting built in 2 months
- Street parking only however this is free
- All bills included (power, gas, water, unlimited NBN internet)

- Large bedroom (3.4m x 3.5m)
- Comes furnished or unfurnished if you prefer.
- If furnished room comes with queen bed (bedding included if needed), wardrobe, bed side table, and tv.
- Air con and fan.
- Room doesn't come with laptop or monitor as shown in photo. Using as office until room is rented.

Happy to share household perishable items like toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, paper towels etc however, prefer buying own food. Must be clean and tidy and willing to clean common areas.

I am a 42 old woman employed in law profession - cannot live with person that has criminal history or uses drugs. The other 2 people are my 11 year old twin girls. You will have the house to yourself every other weekend from Friday morning until Monday afternoon.

Looking for someone chill, clean, and easy going. Unfortunately no friends/partners able to stay over the night when my children are home sorry.

- Must be employed.
- I have a 2 year old Cavoodle and a 3 month old Cockalier. Happy if you have a small dog.

- 2 weeks rent as bond required
