You’ll also have your own private bathroom and a separate living area, giving you a great sense of personal space and independence within the home.
With a mini kitchette in your living area for you convenience, including a small fridge, microwave, air-fryer, kettle and toaster, as well as your own kitchenware - perfect for those late night cramming sessions or when you are not feeling social.
The full kitchen is upstairs and laundry are shared, and we keep these areas clean and respectful.

The house is situated in a quiet residential street, providing a peaceful environment — ideal for study, shift workers, or anyone who values a calm home. Off-street parking is available for a car or motorbike.

We’re conveniently located just 5 minutes from Orion Shopping Centre, USQ, and TAFE, with easy access to public transport and local amenities. This setup would be especially well suited to a student looking for a comfortable, low-stress place to live.
