The house is on a 3 acre property 10 minutes out of town, in Lakewood Estate. There are 2 houses on the property and I hardly see the neighbours, who are lovely when I do see them however. They also have a little dog that visits when she feels like it, so you’d have to like that. The neighbours also have some novel goats, sheep and an alpaca which is giving more hobby farm than working farm vibes. There is an empty chicken coup available to use, if you’re planning on staying long term.

The room is full furnished, with a queen bed, towels, bedding and linen, which can be removed if required.
There is a shared bathroom with a seperate toilet.
The living area is open plan with a fire place and a large dining table for dinner parties. Firewood expenses are seperate to rent.
The kitchen is fully equipped plus has a Breville Coffee machine that will rival any cafe in town.
