Beautiful 4 bedroom home in Jubilee Pocket, with a large back deck and swimming pool in a tranquil, tree lined yard.
The bedroom available is a spacious room, with a Queen size bed, drawers, TV and air-conditioning and a shared bathroom.
The house has a full equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge and dining rooms and all amenities such as washing machine and dryer. All appliances and furniture is good quality. Each room has their own fridge and freezer in the common area to ensure ample room for everyone to store their food.
This is not a party house, we are looking for a quiet, respectful person who is a non-smoker and is working in Airlie Beach or working remotely and calls Airlie Beach their base when home.
Must love dogs! There is a resident doggy who loves a cuddle.
The house is a 5 mins drive to Airlie Beach Lagoon and the heart of Airlie Beach, 2 min drive to Port of Airlie or a 20 minute walk to Airlie Beach main street, or around 10 minutes to a bus stop.
E-Scooter hire available for an additional $50/ week.
Rent - $325/week for single person (inclusive of rent, all bills, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, pool cleaning/chemicals and yard maintenance and basic fortnightly clean of common areas). Couples may be accepted based on application - couples room $475/week.
