We are going away for 2.5 months and are looking to rent our house out to the right person/people. Dates will be roughly start of June to Late August. Location is Kangaroo Flat. Perfect for agency workers, short term contracts, couples wanting to live together for a bit and uni students that want a break from traveling. Also happy for earlier move in date (mid march or onwards) however we will also be here until June. Lease ends 27th August.
- 2 bedrooms available (one with a queen bed)
- Fully furnished including appliances
- Access to entire house except the master which will be locked while we are away.
- Massive backyard
- Dogs allowed if house trained (we have a groodle but he won’t be here while we are away)
Rent will be $350 a week however happy to negotiate. You must be reliable, have a job or proof of income and clean.
