Large room with own bathroom on semi-rural block. The room opens onto a large deck overlooking the trees. Room is unfurnished but has built in wardrobes, ceiling fan and AC.
There is ample parking outside the property off-road.
I work full time, and when I’m not out with the horses, dogs or friends I spend my free time relaxing on the couch. A peaceful environment is important to me - this is my home. Not a party house!
I have 2 very spoilt, affectionate dogs, so you would need to be an animal lover. They WILL get in your face and demand pats.
Looking for someone who is safe, self-aware and considerate who doesn’t create drama. Excellent communication is a must. Issues will arise in a shared environment and I need to be able to discuss openly without stress.
