2 spare bedrooms for rent, if only one room is filled rent is $280 and if the 3rd bedroom is filled rent will be split between all 3. Bills will also be split upon getting them! On street parking as I will need access to the driveway/ shed and own/shared bathroom depending if other room is rented as I have an ensuite.
