Rooms are fully furnished (furniture completely brand new or as new). Lots of pantry space, two fridges and shared kitchen appliances. There is one bathroom and two toilets. Car parking space on the premises as well as off street parking is available.

The premises are a quiet zone from 10pm-7am each day of the week (ie. if you would like to listen to music or have phone calls etc, please lower the volume or have headphones in). Cleaning is shared between tenants. Each room is fitted with its own security lock. No pets or smoking on the premises.
