I’ve got a spare room available in my Ray White rental. It includes a private bathroom and toilet for your convenience.
About me: I’m a 34-year-old male juggling three jobs. My hobbies are video games, Netflix, and chilling with my dog. I have a big Rottweiler named Chaos—he’s an indoor dog, super friendly, but our current place is older with no yard. It works for now, though.
I’m eyeing a move to a nicer property soon (same area), and you’re welcome to join. Current rent: $400/week total ($200 each, excl. bills). New place: ~$500-550/week ($250-275 each, excl. bills). Flexible on bill payments—weekly if preferred.
Key detail: Seeking a female housemate only, as Chaos doesn’t like men (I’d need to supervise intros, which is tough with my schedule). But he adores women—no issues at all!
