Still available and looking! It’s a medium sized 2 bedroom duplex. Only about 10-15 minutes to the beach. It has a fenced backyard. On street parking only. I’m looking for a flatmate who is male, aged 20-50, clean, preferably working full time, non smoker, no drugs and only light drinker, responsible, not homophobic (I’m a masc gay guy but I don’t mind your orientation). If you have a partner they can’t stay over more than 2 nights per week. Rent will include electricity until the electricity rebate is all used up (then electricity will be halved). I have a washing machine, Fridge and TV but I don’t have a couch or dining table. You will need your own bedroom furniture. Am very easy going and stress free. No drama at all.
