About the flatmates
Hi, I’m Redge , I’m in my fifties, easy going , clean , tidy , honest looking for like minded person to rent my ensuite bedroom complete with queen bed, bedside table and wardrobe .
Must definitely be clean and tidy, no exceptions, age, race, and male/female is all open. Room is for single person only.
Must be employed unless a retiree.
You will be sharing with 2 other flatmates, a guy similar age and a young female chef and also my 4 month American staffy pup, other pets maybe a possibility. All bills are covered in the rent except food. We’re a quiet, friendly household and enjoy beers, bbq on the weekends. Viewing for the room will be from this Saturday 25th Jan .
