My house is new, fully finished with all new bedroom queen beds/ mattresses and linen. Towels Etc.
2 rooms available with bathroom and separate toilet shared by the 2 rooms.
I have my own ensuite and toilet at the other end of house.
I have everything kitchen/ laundry wise and will buy a second fridge if needed walk in pantry, house is ducted heating and cooling.
BBQ/ fire place and pizza oven ya welcome to, heaps of storage space.
Youll have free run and use of everything i guess.
I use the fourth bedroom as a drying room atm with a spare desk in it. your welcome to use and as storage room or anything really.
There is also a cinema/ lounge room, i have a large lounge in there and ya welcome to make it a second TV room or whatever you want..

Its a beautiful suburb, walking/ hiking paths everywhere, 2 min walk to the Kiera river and 5 min drive to lake Hume which is beautiful for swimming etc. there is bus stop 30meters away yet im not sure of the frequency.
I do go away sometimes for week or two ,Sydney and Melbourne so youll have the house to yourselves.

There is no option to select men and women only for some reason, ill certainly consider anyone, its just I've lived with several men in the past in share houses and id seem to prefer women to move in, for i do think they will look after my house and things better, including generally more respectful and clean. That's just from my experience.
