Hello! I’m looking for a flatmate to share a lovely home with myself and my Border Collie. I’m looking for someone who is friendly, calm, laidback, responsible and reliable. I love music, art, writing, swimming, hanging out with friends and getting out in nature. I have a good sense of humour and am very respectful of others space and privacy. You must genuinely love dogs and be comfortable around them.
The room available can be furnished or unfurnished. It currently has a chest of drawers, side table and clothes rack. There is an adjoining small bathroom that is yours to use. Prefer working people. Sorry, no couples or pets.
House is open plan, fully furnished and with all the mod cons like dishwasher, remote controlled ceiling fans, air con and security screens. There is a back and front deck so plenty of room for two people to happily live together. On the front deck is a spa that you are welcome to enjoy - it’s the best way to unwind from the day and look out at the trees and birds. It’s a new addition to the house and it’s bliss!
Great location, close to beaches, cafes and Bateau Bay Village. 20 mins drive to Erina or Tuggerah.
