I have a very peaceful, secluded 40 acre hobby farm to suit a female who enjoys a more natural and uncomplicated style of living, I am only a few minutes from the highway for access to Kempsey, Crescent Head and Port Macquarie etc and yet it feels more peaceful than you would imagine, just the way life is meant to be lived.
I maintain a quiet space for a healthy lifestyle and also to suit my animals that i have on my property. Friendly kangaroo's, wallaby's and Brumby horses etc
I have my best friend (female) who shares my home and helps around my farm to keep it clean and tidy at all times.
Life here can be what you make it, as long as you enjoy a quiet side of living and the ability to have a 'free spirit' sense of living amongst nature especially as the weather warms up.
I am offering a late model and modern (large) self contained caravan/granny flat, the van is tucked into a purpose built covering with verandah facing north for a nice view over the large salt pool and capturing the morning sun.
The van has it's own water supply, a hot water system, bathroom/shower and toilet, gas cooking and fridge, carport etc
You would have open access to all of my farm including nature walking tracks, large salt pool and paddocks.
