The space will be your own with seperate entrance to main house. We are looking for working professionals or other respectful tenant/s to live in our beautiful new space (house completed Sept 2025). Would suit locums or other professionals that need a secure space during their time in Gympie.
No pets (strictly). The unit is fully furnished with a kitchenette for basic style cooking and a living room with separate bedroom (with robes). The location is in the country with rural vistas but close to town (Gympie is 12 min drive). Off street parking. Yards maintained by owner.
We are looking for someone quiet who doesn't party or smoke and is looking for a wholesome space to relax and enjoy.
