About the property
The place backs onto lakefront reserve and has a spacious outdoor area to make the most of the location. The house is only a few years old, comes fully furnished and has recently had new AC units installed in the bedrooms.
All bills are included in rent (water, electric, internet etc). We also have a cleaner in every two weeks, so aside from keeping common areas tidy, there isn’t much work involved in keeping the place clean.
Please note that the price of rent advertised is for a single person only. Total rent is $520 including bills if applying as a couple.

About the flatmates
Hi! My name is Yasmin, and I am looking for a single or couple to fill one room in a lakefront duplex in Lake Munmorah. It will be just the two of us sharing the place, or three if you are applying as a couple.
A bit about me; I am 29 and currently studying civil engineering while working full time. I have a (very large) four year old Great Dane/Mastiff mix named Zeke, who is friendly and an inside dog when I am at home. I will consider applications for other medium to large dogs (pending a successful meet and greet to make sure everyone gets along).
