About the property
The apartment is in a superb location. Walk to the Lake Wendouree, the hospitals, ACU, pharmacy and IGA. It takes less than 10 mins to ACU and the hospitals on foot, 3 mins to IGA and the lake on foot. It is perfect for hospital workers and students as this apartment does not need high maintenance.
Currently there are 1 female living in the apartment, a healthcare worker. Female preferred with 6 months minimum stay however males will be considered upon successful candidates. Hospital workers/students are welcome.
All bills are included.
There are two rooms available and one of them is currently not furnished but the kitchen is fully furnished.

Also, inspections can be organised and weekdays are preferred.
Depending on which room you take, the weekly rent will range from 210 to 230 pw.

About the flatmates
I am looking for new flatmates who is tidy, quiet and easy-going. Working full-time, part-time or studying would be great! The location of the property is superb as you can easily walk to the lake, ACU, hospitals and IGA! Also the neighbours are mainly hospital workers and students so you will find the area nice and quiet.The living room and the kitchen are furnished and also some bedrooms But if you end up taking one room that's not furnished (I left one room unfurnished on purpose because there are some people who prefer to bring their own bed) you will require your own furniture. If you are interested, please contact me by sending me a text. Also you may require a few documents such as payslips and driver's licence and upon successful interview with me, as we would love to live with someone we can trust. :-)
